About the role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager specialized in Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) to lead projects in the Mumbai region. The role involves planning, executing, and completing steel structure projects while coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage PEB projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of pre engineered buildings and steel structures.
- Experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
