Project Manager - Factory Automation

About the role

Join a team delivering large‑scale factory automation projects for sectors such as automotive, EV, electronics, aerospace, consumer goods and industrial manufacturing. You will lead innovative initiatives involving robotics integration, special‑purpose machines, machine‑vision systems and digital manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality and project risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, PLC, robotics, vision and site personnel.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and production ramp‑up activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements while monitoring billing milestones and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics or related engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience delivering turnkey automation projects and leading customer‑facing execution teams.
