Project Manager – Construction & MEP Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of construction projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating design, approvals, and on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and assess constructability of MEP designs for industrial and PEB projects.
• Review legal and statutory compliance, secure necessary approvals, and track timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services design and manage shop‑drawing submissions and approvals.
• Oversee implementation of approved conditions on site, ensuring sequential execution.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Select vendors and local material suppliers in line with procurement processes.
• Control project budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Lead handover activities, collect manuals, test certificates, as‑built drawings, and conduct training for the takeover team.

Required profile

• B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial or PEB construction projects.
• Strong technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works.
• Excellent organizational, motivational, and communication abilities.
