Project Manager – Civil & Interior (Corporate Fit‑Out)

About the role

The Project Manager for Corporate Interior Fit‑Out works at JLL leads the delivery of interior construction projects for corporate clients. This client‑facing role translates client vision into high‑quality workspace environments while ensuring projects are on time, within budget and meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk for interior fit‑out projects ranging from 10,000 to 100,000+ sq ft.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact, managing expectations and aligning project execution with business objectives.
• Prepare, monitor and control detailed project budgets, including cost estimation, expenditure tracking, payment approvals, change order management and cost forecasting.
• Create, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules using industry‑standard tools, identify critical path activities and implement recovery strategies when needed.
• Manage procurement and vendor performance, negotiate contracts, review bids and oversee procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Review and coordinate design documentation, provide constructability feedback, ensure code compliance and oversee quality control throughout construction.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and manage issue resolution to minimise impact on schedule, budget and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch‑list completion, systems commissioning, documentation handover, warranty management and transition to facilities‑management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate interior fit‑out projects of 10,000 sq ft and above.
• Strong client‑facing skills with ability to align project delivery to business objectives.
• Demonstrated financial oversight including budgeting, cost tracking and change‑order management.
