Project Manager Civil – F&B

About the role

Mirah Hospitality is seeking a full‑time Project Manager Civil to lead the planning, execution and delivery of civil and infrastructure works for its food‑and‑beverage outlets in Mumbai. The role is on‑site and focuses on ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, safety and budget targets while supporting the opening of new restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, contractors and internal teams to develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors and track expenses against approved limits.
• Produce regular progress reports, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and support the rollout of new outlets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification in project or construction management is a plus.
• Proven experience managing civil works for hospitality, commercial or retail projects, preferably in high‑traffic environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with a focus on quality and safety.
