Project Manager – Applied HVAC Projects

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of Applied HVAC projects. The role focuses on the installation, testing and commissioning of chiller‑based HVAC systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Applied HVAC projects, from planning to handover.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning of chillers (screw, scroll, centrifugal), air handling units, pumps, ducting and piping.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, OEMs and internal teams.
• Control project schedules, quality, safety and cost.
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to achieve timely delivery.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
• Mandatory experience with chiller‑based HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Applied HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
