Program / Project Manager – IT Function Transformation

About the role

Pwc is seeking a seasoned Program / Project Manager to lead IT function transformation initiatives for its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. You will drive end‑to‑end implementation of technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate realistic project plans, including milestones, success metrics and budget tracking.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Marketing Cloud solution implementations for US‑based customers.
• Lead a large pool of technical architects and business/technical consultants.
• Interact with client partners, customer success managers, CXOs and industry leads to align project outcomes.
• Proactively research customer needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale IT transformation projects.
• Ability to lead diverse technical teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor with strong stakeholder management skills.
