Process Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Process Trainer to join our team in Indore. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training for new hires and existing staff across fraud operations, credit card services, and related BFSI processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new‑hire, refresher and process training programs.
• Conduct assessments, certifications and provide coaching interventions.
• Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners.
• Design and develop training content, learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations and job aids.
• Create e‑learning and micro‑learning modules and manage content governance.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis and learning impact assessments.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2‑3 years of training experience in an international BPO environment.
• At least 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in fraud operations, credit card services, chargebacks, risk & compliance or payment processing.

Required skills

• Instructional design and content development.
• Creation of learner and facilitator guides, SOPs and process maps.
• Development of e‑learning and micro‑learning modules.
• Content governance and version control.
• Training needs analysis and learning impact assessment.
