Process Expert – Accounts Receivables & Intercompany Reconciliation

About the role

The Process Expert – Accounts Receivables, Intercompany Reconciliation & Condition Contracts and Settlement Management provides deep process, technical and business expertise across global Invoice‑to‑Cash operations. You will drive standardisation, governance and continuous improvement while supporting BASF’s finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise for global Accounts Receivables, Intercompany Reconciliation and Condition Contracts & Settlement Management.
• Drive process standardisation, governance, continuous improvement and transition readiness.
• Act as key interface between global process owners and service delivery teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives using RPA and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Support major finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA transitions.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance processes, especially Invoice‑to‑Cash.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and automation.
