Preschool Academics Manager

About the role

The Academics Manager will lead the design and delivery of early childhood programmes for children aged 2‑5 years, ensuring a stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environment that supports holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop age‑appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood standards.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth.
• Recruit, train and supervise teachers and support staff, conducting performance evaluations.
• Implement assessment tools to track each child’s progress and guide individualized learning plans.
• Maintain open communication with parents, organising conferences and workshops.
• Ensure classrooms are safe, well‑equipped and conducive to learning, managing resources and procurement.
• Stay current with local and national regulations, ensuring full compliance.
• Develop inclusive strategies for children with diverse learning needs.
• Collect and analyse programme data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Significant experience in early childhood education, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
