Pharmacy Assistant – Marathahalli

About the role

The Pharmacy Assistant will work closely with the pharmacist to prepare and dispense medications accurately, while delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and accurately dispensing medications to customers.
• Manage inventory, maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure proper disposal of expired products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and helping customers select appropriate products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Support the pharmacist with administrative tasks, including processing prescriptions and managing records.
• Label and package medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Completed Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
• Completed Intermediate (Inter) education.
• Possess a relevant Diploma in Pharmacy or related field.
