Pharmacist – Warehouse & Store Management

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Pharmacist to lead our pharmaceutical warehouse and store operations in Kochi. The role combines pharmacy expertise with inventory management to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
• Maintain proper storage conditions according to specifications and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, implement FIFO and FEFO practices, and conduct regular stock audits.
• Track product expiry dates and coordinate timely stock movement.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain all store-related documentation.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, logistics, and regulatory teams.
• Handle inward and outward documentation such as GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Valid Pharmacist Registration Certificate.
• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical stores, warehouses, or drug distribution.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.
