About the role

Eunoia Designtech is seeking a full‑time Personal Assistant to support its Director on‑site in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing the Director’s schedule, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and prepare documents and presentations.
  • Maintain records, files, and ensure follow‑ups are tracked.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to organise meetings and events.

Required profile

  • Strong experience in personal and executive administrative assistance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work proactively.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable using digital tools for email, calendar management, and document handling.
