People Operations Partner

About the role

Cohere Health is seeking a detail‑oriented People Operations Partner to support the full employee lifecycle in Hyderabad. You will ensure smooth, compliant HR processes from onboarding through exit while building strong relationships with employees, managers, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll and conduct new‑hire orientations.
• Administer employee benefits, support annual enrollment, and respond to benefits queries.
• Oversee leave management, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, and maintain accurate leave records.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS, support payroll inputs, handle HR queries via ticketing systems, and assist with audits.
• Deliver training sessions on onboarding, leave policies and HR processes, and prepare related documentation.
• Support ISMS compliance by aligning with information security policies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, generalist or people operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory leave compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP.
• Experience with Workday.
• Familiarity with HRONe.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar workflow tools.
