About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Apprentice to support our payroll team in processing payroll and managing employee expenses. This position offers hands‑on experience in payroll administration, data entry and compliance within an international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process employee expenses, verify receipts and ensure compliance with expense guidelines.
- Accurately input and update employee data in the payroll system.
- Enter timesheet information, including hours worked, leave and related data.
- Assist in calculating salaries, overtime and other payroll‑related expenses.
- Learn and apply relevant country tax regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Commerce graduate or higher.
- 0–1 years of experience with an international company (preferred).
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and payroll practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite.
