- Act as the primary coordination point between the employer, airport operator, consultants, contractors and external agencies, facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops and decision‑making forums.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities (DGCA, AAI, BCAS, CISF, etc.) to obtain permits, approvals and clearances, and track their status to mitigate risks.
- Identify and resolve interface conflicts, dependencies and implementation risks, ensuring they do not impact schedule, cost, quality or operational continuity.
- Maintain governance artefacts such as interface registers, stakeholder logs, approvals trackers and provide executive dashboards and reports.

- 15‑20 years of professional experience in project, stakeholder or approvals management, with at least 10 years on aviation projects involving terminals, airside, landside and utilities.
- Proven experience managing complex multi‑stakeholder environments, including airport operators, regulatory bodies, consultants, contractors and utility providers.
- Background in PMC, EPC, Design‑Build or client‑side project management and familiarity with airport development processes and statutory approvals.
