Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant – Record to Report (R2R)

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant specializing in Record‑to‑Report (R2R) to support and enhance our global financial systems. You will work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth month‑end close, maintain the integrity of core financial modules, and drive continuous improvement across the R2R process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion R2R modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Cash Management, and their integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and enhancement requests related to financial processes.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, perform regression testing for R2R, and maintain related documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Work with third‑party vendors and Oracle engineers to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules (GL, FA, CM).
• Strong understanding of Record‑to‑Report processes, close cycles, reconciliations, asset accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting global users across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with change management and compliance frameworks such as SOX.
• Fluency in English.
