About the role
Our business is dedicated to delighting customers from the moment an order is placed online through seamless behind‑the‑scenes coordination. As we expand, we need experienced operators to lead fast‑moving facilities at the heart of Amazon’s growing Operations network.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners such as Transport & Sortation, DSP Management, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES and Engineering.
- Track, drive and report operational goals and metrics for the Delivery Station, presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute a talent plan covering acquisition, performance management, career development, learning and employee engagement.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques (minimum 1 year).
