Online IB Physics Tutor (Full-time, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IB Physics tutor to deliver online lessons to 11th and 12th grade students. The role is full‑time, remote and focuses on helping learners master the International Baccalaureate physics curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide comprehensive instruction across IB Physics topics such as mechanics, thermal physics, waves, electricity & magnetism, and modern physics.
• Clarify complex concepts with engaging explanations and real‑world examples.
• Assist students with homework, test preparation, and challenging problem solving.
• Monitor progress, adjust teaching strategies, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians about progress and improvement strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably with IB, IGCSE, ICSE or CBE curricula.
• Experience teaching 11th and 12th standards.
• Strong knowledge of the IB Physics curriculum and assessment requirements.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA, based on eligibility and recruitment criteria.
• Six‑day work week (including Saturdays and Sundays) with Mondays off.
• Working hours from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
