Onboarding Executive

About the role

Connect2Learn is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Onboarding Executive to join its Kolkata office. The role offers fresh graduates and early‑career professionals the chance to work in EdTech operations, handling student onboarding, class coordination and LMS management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor regular class completion to ensure smooth learning operations.
• Manage teacher coordination, scheduling and day‑to‑day operational requirements.
• Handle student onboarding and ensure an engaging learning experience.
• Create, organize and manage student batches through the LMS.
• Collaborate with Academic, Sales, Customer Support and other cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor operational activities, follow up on pending tasks and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
• Support international learning programs and coordinate with global stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and responsible approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with technology, LMS platforms, spreadsheets and operational tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts as needed.
