Multimedia Producer – Project Management & Media Development

About the role

We are looking for a Multimedia Producer to lead media and course development projects within our Operations team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end production, coordinating with editors, authors and developers, and ensuring that deliverables exceed stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with editorial and development teams to assess technical and financial feasibility of interactive and online products.
• Prepare and communicate project baseline documents, including estimates, timelines, information architectures and functional specifications.
• Provide technical guidance on media asset creation and oversee multimedia production meetings.
• Track budget versus actual costs, maintain project scope and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of 100‑150 projects per year.
• Negotiate and manage developer contracts, monitor work‑in‑progress and report status to internal customers and management.
• Coordinate testing, revisions and final product hand‑over to Customer Service and Marketing.
• Monitor industry trends to incorporate state‑of‑the‑art functionality into products.
