Medical Representative & Business Development Officer

About the role

The Medical Representative / Business Development Officer will promote Servier Group’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals in Hyderabad. You will act as the primary link between the company and doctors, chemists, nurses, and other medical experts, driving product awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, chemists, nurses and other healthcare providers.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of Servier’s medications and present them effectively.
• Demonstrate product benefits to medical professionals and arrange follow‑up appointments.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Monitor competitor products and market performance.
• Stay updated on medical industry advances and assess their impact on sales strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, territory analyses and submit them to management.
• Promptly forward purchase orders to the relevant department.
