Marketing Specialist – Sustainable Building Materials

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at SCG India you will shape the brand’s narrative around sustainable building materials and innovative construction solutions. You will create demand‑generation campaigns, develop sales tools and support the sales team with compelling content across India’s fast‑growing infrastructure market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that enhance SCG’s visibility and market positioning.
• Create promotional content, case studies and sales tools that communicate SCG’s value to customers.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online campaigns and performance tracking.
• Organise customer events, trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase SCG solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer insights, industry trends and competitor movements.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Support internal and external communication programmes, including employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in marketing; exposure to B2B or construction‑related industries is a plus.
• Strong skills in content development, communication and project coordination.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
