About the role
We are seeking a senior Finance & Treasury Transformation professional to lead Credit Risk and Market Risk‑driven regulatory and transformation initiatives for global financial‑services clients. The role advises C‑suite stakeholders such as CFOs, CROs and Treasurers and delivers multi‑year, cross‑functional programmes across finance, treasury and risk.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk and Market Risk transformation programmes.
- Own regulatory change initiatives including Basel (Credit & Market Risk), ICAAP, ILAAP, IFRS 9 and PRA/EBA requirements.
- Design target operating models, balance‑sheet, capital and liquidity optimisation strategies.
- Oversee regulatory and management reporting (ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP).
- Drive process efficiency, automation, analytics and technology‑enabled transformation.
- Establish governance, control frameworks and regulatory assurance.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit stakeholders.
- Translate business and risk requirements into functional and technology solutions while managing risks and dependencies.
Required profile
- Deep expertise in Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance and Treasury within financial services.
- Hands‑on experience with Basel, ICAAP/ILAAP, IFRS/IFRS 9 and regulatory remediation.
- Proven delivery of finance/risk transformation programmes, either in consulting or in‑house.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance‑sheet, capital, liquidity and cost allocation.
- Experience with finance and risk technologies such as ERP, accounting engines, sub‑ledgers and reporting platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and change‑leadership capabilities.
