Manager, Technical Transformation – Zuora Billing

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Technical Transformation to lead end‑to‑end delivery of Zuora Billing initiatives across Sales & Services. You will own project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management and ensure high‑quality delivery for subscription‑based billing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and architect Zuora programs and projects from initiation through go‑live and stabilization (hypercare).
• Build and manage the integrated project plan, RAID log, budget tracking and status reporting.
• Partner with business owners to confirm requirements across the subscription lifecycle (quoting to cash, billing, invoicing, payments, dunning, credits/refunds, renewals, amendments, proration).
• Coordinate solution delivery across internal teams and vendors (functional, technical, QA, data, release management).
• Drive governance and decision‑making through working sessions, steering updates and executive readouts.
• Manage integrations and dependencies (CRM/CPQ, ERP/GL, tax, payments, reporting) in partnership with architecture and engineering.
• Plan and execute testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover and go‑live readiness.
• Ensure delivery meets agreed quality, controls and documentation expectations (requirements, process flows, test evidence, runbooks).

Required profile

• 9+ years leading delivery of enterprise SaaS or ERP/finance systems.
• 6+ years hands‑on experience delivering Zuora projects.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale Lead‑to‑Cash or Quote‑to‑Cash programs.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams, competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid Agile or Waterfall delivery methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
