Manager – Agentic AI SOC Transformation

About the role

As a Manager in Agentic AI SOC Transformation you will guide enterprise clients through the evolution of traditional Security Operations Centers into intelligent, AI‑driven environments. You will combine SOC strategy, platform engineering and applied AI to design, implement and optimise agent‑enabled use cases across SIEM, SOAR and XDR ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SOC transformation programmes, conduct maturity assessments and define AI‑enabled operating models.
• Architect and deliver agentic AI solutions that integrate SIEM, SOAR, XDR and AI platforms, including alert triage, investigation copilots and automated response orchestration.
• Identify high‑impact AI use cases, drive adoption of multi‑agent workflows and establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management and AI governance.
• Manage cross‑functional teams of SOC engineers, detection engineers and AI specialists, ensuring quality delivery, documentation and timeline adherence.
• Engage with client leadership (CISOs, SOC heads) through workshops, demos and executive presentations to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC transformation or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale client programmes and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of AI integration within security workflows and the ability to balance automation with analyst decision‑making.
