Manager – Agentic AI SOC Transformation (Cyber Defense)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead the transformation of traditional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) into intelligent, AI‑driven environments. You will guide enterprise clients through the adoption of agentic AI, shaping next‑generation detection and response capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SOC transformation programs, from assessment to optimization.
• Define AI‑enabled operating models covering people, processes and technology.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions that integrate SIEM, SOAR, XDR and AI platforms.
• Develop AI agents for use cases such as alert triage, investigation copilots, incident summarization and automated response orchestration.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and contextual data sources into SOC workflows.
• Engage with C‑level security leaders to align strategy, value and outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of SOC engineers, detection engineers and AI specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Drive thought leadership through workshops, demos and executive presentations.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation or technology adoption projects.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior security leaders.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams.
