About the role
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and ensuring on‑time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand. The role supports initiatives that improve Cost of Service Delivery, maintenance efficiency, productivity and asset availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency or Maintenance Base. The associate will collaborate with the CRE team to enhance equipment reliability and support the overall maintenance strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assigned higher‑level maintenance activities under direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems and accurately capture maintenance data.
- Comply with Schlumberger and division TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in line with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Required profile
- High school diploma with some work experience.
- Works under direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
