Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This role works closely with management to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
• Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard assessments, and emergency‑response drills.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to restricted areas.
• Investigate incidents, interview witnesses, and complete detailed reports.
• Provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and maintaining uniform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 kg (110 lb) unaided and heavier loads with assistance.
• Ability to read small print and visually inspect equipment for defects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Key control and access management.
• First aid and CPR certification.
