About the role
The Centre for Chronic Disease Control (CCDC) is seeking an LMS & E‑Learning Specialist to lead the management and development of its Learning Management System for a cardiometabolic disease capacity‑building project. The role will ensure seamless delivery of blended training modules to healthcare providers across underserved areas in India.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise the LMS platform for smooth functionality, accessibility and user experience.
- Integrate, deploy and test SCORM‑compliant e‑learning modules and digital resources.
- Collaborate with content developers, graphic designers and technical teams to create and deliver LMS‑based courses.
- Provide technical support, orientation and troubleshooting for users, trainers and stakeholders.
- Monitor learner engagement, analytics and reporting dashboards, and generate performance reports.
- Ensure compatibility of learning content across devices and browsers.
- Manage data backups, security, regular updates and vendor coordination.
- Explore and support AI‑enabled learning tools, automation features and AI‑based content integration.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing an LMS platform and deploying SCORM‑compatible content.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to develop blended learning programmes.
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking learner metrics and generating reports.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging LMS technologies and digital learning trends.

- Digital learning content creation and multimedia integration (videos, animations, quizzes).
- Analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Data backup, security and platform maintenance.
