Learning & Development Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver training solutions for a global information services leader. This remote, contract position will last up to 12 months and focuses on upskilling a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics and data analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and assess program impact.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles (preferred).
