Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will design, implement and manage training programmes that support organisational excellence and employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate onboarding, leadership, skills‑enhancement and specialised workshops.
• Conduct needs assessments with department heads, translate findings into actionable learning strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, analyse data to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Support and coach departmental trainers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee the administration of the online learning management system, including course assignments and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to align job task checklists and training tools with onboarding and skill development.
• Partner with regional L&D counterparts to share best practices and maintain strategic alignment.
• Support apprenticeship programmes and educational assistance initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with leadership across the organisation.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes in a hospitality or service‑focused environment.
• Ability to analyse training metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
