Lead – Quality

About the role

The Lead – Quality will design and drive comprehensive quality management strategies across Adani’s construction projects. Reporting to the Head of Quality, this senior position ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management strategies to boost operational efficiency.
• Lead quality‑assurance activities, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of QA processes, documentation, and systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry best‑practice adherence.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, value analysis/engineering initiatives, and business‑excellence programs.
• Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably within construction projects.
• Preferred certifications in Quality Management Systems or related disciplines.
