Junior Officer Warehouse

About the role

The Junior Officer Warehouse supports the safe and efficient handling of raw materials and dispensing activities within a pharmaceutical environment. Reporting to the warehouse manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms in both warehouse and dispensing areas.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and daily routines.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations in all warehouse activities.
• Apply Good Documentation Practice (GDP) to all records and transactions.
• Execute raw material dispensing plans accurately and on schedule.
• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily to reflect material movements.
• Conduct physical stock verification according to established SOPs.
• Provide scheduled training to new material staff (NMS) as per the training matrix.
• Participate in and complete warehouse‑related projects on time.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Sc. in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or dispensing operations within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOP, EHS and GDP requirements.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints and follow documented processes.
