Junior Executive – Cash & Route Operations

About the role
The Junior Executive will support cash‑in‑transit (CIT) activities, ensuring safe and compliant route operations. You will work closely with customers, banks and internal teams to maintain high service standards and adhere to safety protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and Brinks policies.
- Be accountable for route operations and associated liabilities.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and banks.
- Follow SWI/SOP for CIT operations and report accidents, injuries or vehicle damages in real time.
- Verify that safety equipment (panic button, cameras, interlock) is functional and well‑maintained.
Required profile
- Experience in cash counting and verification.
- Knowledge of SWI and SOP procedures.
- Active listening and ability to understand customer needs.
- Good rapport with customers and familiarity with route locations.
