Java Spring Boot Developer – 6-10 yrs Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot developer to join our team in Bangalore/Chennai. The role involves designing and building highly scalable micro‑service solutions that support critical business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, high‑performance micro‑services using Java 8, Spring 5 and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain APIs, manage transactions, and ensure seamless integration with DB2 and PostgreSQL databases.
• Configure and optimise messaging systems such as ActiveMQ, Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Perform performance tuning, apply design patterns, and enforce best‑practice coding standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and Azure cloud deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning and deliver incremental value.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong understanding of complex business problems and ability to design future‑proof solutions.
• Proven expertise in performance optimisation and Agile methodology.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
