IT Infrastructure Specialist – Multiple Roles in New Delhi

About the role

Coforge is expanding its IT infrastructure team in New Delhi and is looking for experienced professionals across a range of positions, from project management and NOC leadership to network security, system administration and help‑desk operations. Candidates will join a fast‑growing environment that supports critical enterprise services and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain LAN, data‑centre, core switching, routing and firewall solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead NOC and SOC teams, monitor network health using NMS tools, and ensure incident response and security compliance.
• Administer Linux/Unix and Windows servers, manage virtualization platforms and provide tier‑3 support for complex issues.
• Coordinate IT projects, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (B.Tech/BE, MCA, MSc in IT/CS/ECE) or equivalent certification from a recognized university.
• Minimum experience varies by role: 0‑1 year for freshers, 1‑4 years for junior engineers, 4‑12 years for senior specialists and managers.
• Mandatory certifications per role (e.g., CCNP/CCNA, CISA/CISSP/CISM, RHCSA/RHC, ITIL V3/V4, PMP/PRINCE2).

Required skills

• Network protocols, routing, switching, SDN/SDA, firewall and VPN technologies.
• Security operations tools such as SIEM, IPS, NGFW, UTM.
• Linux/Unix system administration, virtualization and cloud basics.
• IT service management (ITIL, ITSM) and help‑desk processes.
• Project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2) and agile practices.
