Inventory & Shipping Associate (₹15-20K/month)

About the role

SeamsFriendly, a made‑to‑order D2C fashion brand handcrafted in Jaipur, is looking for an Inventory & Shipping Associate. The role ensures smooth flow of stock, fabric supplies, production packets and order dispatches.

Key responsibilities

• Track raw materials and finished goods, conduct regular stock counts and maintain up‑to‑date inventory sheets.
• Serve as primary contact for fabric suppliers and dyers, coordinate dyeing jobs, follow up on orders and verify fabric and colour quality on arrival.
• Prepare complete material packets for each order, including fabric, trims, buttons, labels and other components.
• Pack and ship daily orders, generate shipping labels, coordinate with courier partners, track dispatches and manage returns.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock numbers and order components.
• Reliability and punctuality in daily routine.
• Good English communication skills for dashboards, vendors and courier partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for inventory and vendor tracking.
