Intensivist – Critical Care Specialist (3 positions)

About the role

We are seeking qualified Intensivists to join our critical care team in Parel, Mumbai. The role involves managing critically ill patients in a high‑acuity ICU environment, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and delivering timely, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in the ICU under established clinical protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor clinical status.
• Handle medical and critical‑care emergencies, including rapid decision‑making.
• Review investigations, formulate treatment plans, and coordinate care with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee ventilatory support and other critical‑care equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate ICU documentation, patient records, and ensure compliance with infection‑control and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• FNB in Critical Care Medicine OR MD/DNB in General Medicine or Anaesthesia with IDCCM/ICCM/IFCCM certification.
• 0–1 year of relevant ICU experience.
• Valid medical registration in India.
• Strong clinical knowledge, emergency management ability, and effective communication skills.
