Human Resources Manager

About the role

SikhRI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen global HR practices for its international workforce of 50+ employees across four countries. The role reports to the Operations Director and will shape HR processes that align with the organization’s values and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding and off‑boarding processes that ensure smooth employee activation, integration, and knowledge transfer.
• Revise, develop, and maintain HR policies, country‑specific employee handbooks, and standardized HR letter templates.
• Create and manage compensation, benefits, and leave frameworks across multiple geographies.
• Develop and monitor an annual HR plan, operating budget, and employee engagement calendar.
• Track HR metrics, produce dashboards, and report actionable insights to leadership.
• Support department heads with performance management, goal setting, succession planning, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities in organizations of 50+ employees.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across at least two countries (e.g., India, US, UK, Canada).
• In‑depth knowledge of international labor laws, statutory compliance, and best‑practice HR frameworks.
