Human Resources Executive – Airport Jaipur

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits and performance management while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events and engagement initiatives to boost employee morale.
• Maintain HR systems, enter team‑member data, track employment transitions and generate reports on key HR metrics.
• Supervise and coach HR team members, monitor performance and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service‑oriented industries.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management and labour laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated core values: hospitality passion, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
