HR Operations Specialist – Employee Benefits & Vendor Management

About the role
The HR Operations Specialist will manage car‑lease and other employee benefit administration, ensuring smooth operational delivery across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end employee life‑cycle operations.
- Manage relationships with car‑lease and benefits vendors.
- Support medical, accidental and other insurance policy execution.
- Coordinate with the wider People Team and all employees on benefit matters.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to meet global expectations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using Workday.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
