HR Manager – Full‑Time

About the role

JMT Consultants Detailing Private Limited, a global leader in steel detailing, engineering, and API development, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for a motivated and results‑driven HR professional with a passion for people, exceptional organizational skills, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting initial interviews.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts professionally and constructively.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure ongoing performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handle administrative tasks related to staffing changes such as layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leave management.
• Assist in designing and delivering training programs, including onboarding for new employees.
• Onboard and offboard employees and ensure workplace punctuality and attendance compliance.
• Prepare payroll data for the accounting department.
• Organize and plan staff events, parties, and other engagement activities.

Required profile

• MBA or Diploma in Human Resources.
• CHRP or equivalent certifications (e.g., CHRMP, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, NIPM).
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an HR Manager in an organization with 200+ employees.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, SAP, or Namely.
• Experience with task‑management software (preferred).
