HR Business Partner - APAC

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner – APAC will serve as a strategic and hands‑on HR partner to leadership teams across India and Australia, driving people strategies, performance management, talent acquisition and providing end‑to‑end HR support to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement workforce strategies, including organizational design, talent planning and capability development.
• Lead talent management initiatives such as career frameworks, succession planning, high‑potential identification and compensation governance.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, defining candidate evaluation standards and ensuring timely hiring of high‑quality talent.
• Champion and embed company culture across APAC offices, managing office operations in Bangalore and fostering cross‑site collaboration.
• Ensure HR governance and compliance by defining employment and compensation frameworks, monitoring workforce metrics and aligning practices with Indian labor laws and global standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands‑on HR Business Partner work in India’s product development sector.
• Strong understanding of the IT/technology domain and the talent landscape for high‑growth technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives and manage complex employee‑relations matters independently.
