Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (Full-time)

About the role

The Housekeeping GSA role at Amartara The Resort is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Road. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Make beds and clean guest rooms, including bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in rooms and public areas.
• Handle laundry and linen management, including sorting, washing, folding and proper storage.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Support fellow team members during peak periods to maintain overall cleanliness.

Required profile

• Strong housekeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in laundry processes such as sorting, cleaning and handling linens.
• Good customer service and communication abilities to interact courteously with guests.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and learn new practices.
• Reliability for shift‑based work and basic literacy and numeracy.
• Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping is beneficial.
