Hindi Subject Matter Expert (Grades 3-8)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Hindi Subject Matter Expert to design, develop, and review learning content for grades 3‑8 across multiple school boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IGCSE). The role involves creating digital quizzes, courses, and simulations that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify grade‑wise topics and develop original, plagiarism‑free content for Hindi subjects.
• Write accurate questions, options, and explanations that map to specific learning outcomes.
• Maintain and update storyboards using standard content‑creation tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and game‑building teams to produce engaging learning experiences.
• Design assignments and assessments tailored to learner levels.
• Stay current with education policies such as NEP and incorporate best practices.
• Create sample learning assets for proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in teaching and content development for Hindi (Grades 3‑8).
• Master’s degree in Hindi from a reputed institute.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to understand varied learning styles and assessment methods.
• Experience working across different educational boards and domains.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
