Guidewire Developer – PAN India

About the role

We are looking for a Guidewire Developer to join TCS’s insurance technology team across India. The role focuses on designing and delivering dynamic, responsive web applications that enhance the functionality of Guidewire Policy Centre and Claim Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web components for Guidewire Policy Centre and Claim Centre using GOSU.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into high‑quality user interfaces.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Required skills

• Guidewire platform expertise.
• Proficiency in GOSU programming language.
• Hands‑on experience with Policy Centre and Claim Centre modules.
