Graphic Designer – Full-time, On-site in Gurgaon

About the role

Flight Mode Studio is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its on‑site team in Gurgaon. You will translate brand strategies into compelling visual assets across digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with each client’s guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create logos, brand identities, and visual systems for client campaigns.
• Design layouts for social media, websites, and printed collateral.
• Select and refine typography to enhance readability and brand expression.
• Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other creatives during brainstorming sessions.
• Iterate on concepts based on feedback while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality graphics for both digital and print media.
• Experience in logo design and comprehensive branding projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across touchpoints.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
