Full stack - AI Application Engineer - People Analytics

About the role

This position enables you to turn advanced analytics, machine‑learning models and GenAI capabilities into simple, scalable People Analytics products. You will build lightweight internal applications, APIs and deployment workflows that move solutions from notebooks to production‑ready services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lightweight, scalable internal applications and conversational interfaces for People Analytics use cases.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask that connect UI layers with data, ML models and GenAI services.
• Implement authentication, role‑based access control, logging, error handling and user‑feedback mechanisms.
• Create CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and manage configurations across dev, test and prod environments.
• Package analytical and AI solutions for secure deployment, monitor performance, latency and usage, and support rollback and recovery.
• Provide business‑hours technical support, diagnose integration issues and maintain runbooks and release records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience in software engineering, analytics application development, DevOps or MLOps.
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to translate analytical requirements into maintainable products.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with data scientists, AI engineers and IT teams.
