Fulfillment Executive

About the role

The Fulfillment Executive will manage the flow of goods within our logistics marketplace, ensuring efficient routing and optimal use of resources. The role focuses on coordinating truck placements, maintaining supplier relationships, and meeting daily performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Place a minimum of 4 trucks per day by coordinating with fleet owners and suppliers.
• Make outbound calls to generate truck availability and fulfill business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport suppliers.
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle placement as per operational requirements.
• Update all interactions, leads, and placement details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑ups through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Track daily activities and ensure timely updates of all records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of truck placements.

Required profile

• Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
• 0–3 years of experience in Tele‑Sales, Logistics, Freight, Transportation, or Customer Support (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Good follow‑up and relationship management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
